本公司生产的多种规格凸轮控制器系参考进口产品研制而成,具有结构紧凑,性能可靠,调节凸轮张角及凸轮组的相对角?即可编制出所需的控制程序等优点;
凸轮器内装有电子接近开?使开关的感应面靠近凸轮组?但不接触,运行过程中无火花、无压力,并能迅速发出电气指?带动负载
电子凸轮控制器、电子主令控制器作为自动化控制系统过程中的器?用于压力机、焊接机、自动流水线、包装机械、运输机械、矿山机械、轧钢机、推钢机、升降机、拉钢机、飞剪机等设备上使用;
电子凸轮控制器、电子主令控制器适用于交?0HZ,工作电压90?50V及直流电?0?0V的电路中,控制器可直接或经过减速与操作机构连接,而控制器的电子接近开关根据操作机构行程或转角按一定顺序闭合断开;
控制器的基本元件有凸轮脉冲盘、刻度盘、角度调节盘、电子接近开关等构成;它们之间用垫片隔离并通过刻度盘键槽与刻度盘凸键相连接,其中脉冲盘是由半径相?mm两个半圆形盘组成,与角度调节盘固定连接,并有外罩保护;
控制器最高转速直流型?00?分、交流型?00??凸轮(脉冲动盘)可调,凸轮角度10°?60°(无极可调);重复精度?.01mm,环境温度 -20℃~+75℃;
控制?无触点输?,直流型输出电流≤200mA,交流型输出电流≤500mA?/DIV>
